By accessing the ryu4d Platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with ryu4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ryu4d's support team immediately at [email protected].
ryu4d reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its discretion, including where registration is suspected to have been made using false information, automated means, or with the intention to abuse promotional offers.
ryu4d is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and may at any time request verification documents from any User. This process is referred to as KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion: Any User who wishes to self-exclude from the Platform — whether temporarily (minimum 24 hours) or permanently — may do so by contacting ryu4d's support team. During a self-exclusion period, ryu4d will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded User from reopening their Account or creating a new one.
ryu4d's support team is trained to identify early signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact Users whose behavior patterns suggest distress. ryu4d may impose mandatory cooling-off periods or Account restrictions without the User's request where there is genuine concern for the User's welfare.
All content on the ryu4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of ryu4d or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and ryu4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ryu4d's support team. The support team will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days (WIB).
Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body designated by ryu4d. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
