Definitions

7. Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Legal Basis for Processing

Data Retention

• Account Data (Identity, Contact): Retained for the duration of the active Account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in line with standard anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in accordance with financial compliance requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following submission, and for the full duration of any ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.

Children & Minors
